Community rules

The basics of what is allowed, what gets punished and how to report a problem. The final word always belongs to the staff.

Updated on August 10, 2026

This page gathers the minimum that holds on any serious server, and works as a reference while the final rulebook is not published. It does not replace the staff's decision: a specific case gets settled on Discord, with the people who have access to the record of what happened.

What is not allowed

ConductWhy
Insulting, threatening or harassing another playerapplies to public chat, party, guild, whisper and letters
Advertising another serverpromoting a competitor in any channel in the game or on Discord
Exploiting a bug for your own gainitem duplication, zen out of nowhere, walking through walls, entering a map without meeting the requirement
Using third party programsexternal bots, client modifications, packet injection
Selling accounts or items on the sidedealing with real money outside of what the staff authorizes
Pretending to be staffusing a name, nickname or wording that passes you off as an administrator

What is allowed, even when it looks aggressive

  • Killing another player outside a safe zone. PvP is free and has its own penalty inside the game.
  • Fighting over a spot. There is no farming spot reservation.
  • Charging a high price in your personal store. Prices are free.
  • Declaring hostility or war on another guild.

The line between competition and harassment is repeated, targeted behavior. Killing someone who showed up at your spot is the game; following the same person for hours with the sole goal of stopping them from playing is a staff matter.

Keeping your account safe

  • Never give out your password. Nobody on the staff asks for a password, for any reason.
  • Lending your account is at your own risk: whatever happens on it is the owner's responsibility.
  • Always check the trade window before confirming. A completed trade is not undone.
  • Only download the game through the official launcher, from the site.

How to report

Report on Discord, in the channel set up for it. A useful report has four things, and the more complete it is, the faster it gets resolved:

  1. The character name involved and yours.
  2. The approximate date and time, with the time zone.
  3. What happened, in one or two straightforward sentences.
  4. A screenshot or video, if you have one.

Punishments

The staff applies a measure proportional to the case, from a warning to a permanent account ban, and can roll back items or zen obtained through exploits. There is no fixed penalty table published: each situation is judged with the record in hand.
